The Smile Shop’s skilled and gentle dental hygienists provide preventive and “deep” cleanings. What to expect at your dental cleaning visit:
- The dental hygienist will measure your gum health and discuss your condition with you
- Sensitivity or discomfort is addressed, and a plan for selective numbing or using “numbing gel” is made with you
- The dental hygienist might recommend a special toothpaste or mouthrinse to help with healing or sensitivity
- The dental hygienist will recommend the timeline of your next cleaning
